- UNI plans apply subject to compliance with the conditions (where applicable: a police report, negative breathalyzer/toxicology test, timely notification, and in the event of theft—the original key and the vehicle registration certificate).
- The minimum deductible (as per the plan) applies to damage outside the listed exceptions; the greater of the two amounts is payable—the percentage deductible or the minimum deductible.
- Exceptions to the percentage deductible: Annex WTR, Minor Damage Catalogue, interior (special rules and/or actual costs). TP-0 covers only theft/loss of the entire vehicle (0 RSD deductible if the conditions are met). It does not include “Loss of Use” coverage, contractual penalties, repatriation, etc.
- “Loss of Use” is charged irrespective of UNI/WTR/TP-0 at the daily rate set out in this Price List.

Tariff name 1 means car rental for 1 day.
Tariff name 2-3 means car rental from 2 to 3 days inclusive.
Tariff name 4-10 means car rental from 4 to 10 days inclusive.
Tariff name 11-14 means car rental from 11 to 14 days inclusive.
The name of the 15+ tariff means renting a car for 15 or more days.
*The price stated in the applied price list includes the rental time, mileage 450 km per day, third-party liability insurance up to the amount determined by law and the mandatory insurance policy of the Insurance Company with which the Lessor insures the vehicle. The Lessor calculates the Lessee the price for the accounting period of at least one rental car day, according to the Price List and for the mileage traveled.
The tenant pays the price in cash or by credit card.
*The lessee is obliged to pay the deposit in cash.
The amount of the deposit is 35,100 Serbian dinars (300 EUR).
The deposit, minus any costs and damages or unpaid compensation, will be returned to the Lessee after the Lessee returns the vehicle.
The right to compensation for total damage and costs caused by the Lessee, as well as agreed fees, is NOT LIMITED to the amount of the deposit, and the Lessor does not lose the same right even after returning the deposit or its part.
*There is no charge for an ADDITIONAL DRIVER, however, the Lessee does not have the right to transfer the car to a driver who is not specified in the Agreement and does not meet the agreed conditions for driving the vehicle.
*There is no additional charge: for crossing the state border of Serbia and using a car in the territory of geographical Europe, with the exception of the following countries: Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, the territories of Kosovo and Metohija, island states and countries of the former USSR
The winter equipment fee covers the cost of renting a vehicle with winter equipment. This refers to the rental period from November 1 to April 1 - with the possibility of extension.
*MTPL and the UNI-30 protection plan are included.
The UNI protection plan applies only if a police report of the incident is provided. Without a police report, the renter bears 100% financial responsibility for the damage, including VAT in full.
With a police report, the renter’s financial responsibility under the UNI-30 protection plan is 30% of the damage (excluding VAT), but not less than EUR 300 (excluding VAT). The renter pays 100% of the VAT on the full amount of the damage.
